still here plus disneyland
i’m still here if anyone’s wondering.
just have to get over some personal things. i’ll do a longer post soon. LOL
almost time for us to go to disneyland. i’ve been reading and absorbing everything about it so we can be better prepare once we get there. i’m going to make a list of what shows/parades we want to see, rides we want to go on, and a rough schedule of how we’ll go about it.
i’m also looking for princesses outfits for the girls so they can wear it to the parks. i’m going to to attempt to create autograph books for them instead of buying it too. it’ll just be more personal and i’ll have them help me decorate it later. i read quiet a lot of ideas on how to make the books and i’m excited. i’ll most likely go with 1 page for their autographs and another for photo so two pages are reserved for one character. if that make sense.
hey ms. scrapbook vera, if you have tips, i’ll love to hear them on the autograph books. ^^
still debating on the character dining since nothing on their menus sound good to me. *sigh*
we still got time but i already feel like i’m running out of time.

Last time I went they have this zippy do da boutique for young girls to dress up which can cost an arm and a leg. The full set of princess costume and make up is arrange $250. The cheapest is at least $50-$75 for only a little crown and a fake little pony wig. Plus you have to make an appointment ahead of time.
Also I enjoyed dining with the characters, it was fun. The food is a buffet type you can go back and forth. The hot food are pretty good but the price of it is expensive though.
Anyway have a wonderful time at Disneyland with the girls.

Have fun there! I have been to WDW, but someday I would like to go to Disneyland. Autograph book examples are plentiful! Go here:

we were just there last weekend and went to goofy’s kitchen (buffet) at the disneyland hotel for character dining. all the characters come around to the table and every 15 minutes or so, goofy has a little party in the middle and the kids come down and dance with him. chloe is a little young to fully enjoy it (3 in sept) but she still liked seeing minnie! there is also ariel’s grotto at california adventure with all the princesses, but that’s sit down and nothing fun happens except for meeting the princesses. have fun!!!!

PS. the price of goofy’s kitchen was about $36 for adults, under 9 was about half that, and under 3 is free. that is when the disney rewards card come in handy!! we had $200 saved up for it
it ended up being about $400 though (10 adults w/ alcohol)
